ULR is a public-private partnership which offers a full package to construct innovative urban gardens – all the way from the design and planting to maintenance. The consortium aims to do more than just delivering flowers, plants and trees. ULR strives to give greenery a prominent role  in activating the public space, adapting to climate change, safeguarding biodiversity and improving wellbeing for Romania’s urban population.
